مقایسه نیم رخ اختلالات روان‌تنی و مشکلات روانشناختی در زنان بهبود یافته از بیماری کووید-19 و مقایسه آن با افراد عادی

مقدمه: کووید 19 اثرات روانشناختی منفی بسیاری داشته است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین نیمرخ اختلالات روان‌تنی و مشکلات روانشناختی در افراد بهبود یافته از کووید-19 و مقایسه آن با افراد سالم است. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش از نوع پس رویدادی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه افراد بهبود یافته از کووید-19 در مشهد در سال 1400 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، نمونه‌ای متشکل از 120 شرکت کننده شناسایی شد. از دو پرسشنامه استفاده شد: پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (GHQ-28) و مقیاس شکایات روان‌تنی (تاکاتا و ساکاتا، 2004). تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات بدست آمده با استفاده از روش t مستقل تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که نیمرخ اختلالات روان‌تنی و مشکلات روانشناختی بین افراد بهبود یافته از کووید-19 و افراد سالم تفاوت معنی‌داری دارد. افراد بهبودیافته از کووید-19 نسبت به افراد سالم مشکلات روانشناختی بیشتری از جمله افسردگی، اضطراب و مسائل روان‌تنی داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: مداخلات روانشناختی باید برای افراد بهبودیافته در نظر گرفته شود تا مشکلات روانشناختی مرتبط با COVID-19 کاهش یابد.
