نقش خودکارآمدی و تاب‌آوری در کیفیت زندگی پرستاران

مقدمه: روا‌نشناسی مثبت نگر، در کنار ترمیم آسیب‌ها، به سمت بهینه ساختن کیفیت زندگی گام بر می‌دارد. کیفیت زندگی پرستاران بسیار مهم است سطح بالایی از استرس کاری پرستاران می تواند بر کیفیت زندگی آنها و درنتیجه کیفیت و کمیت مراقبت از بیمار تأثیر بگذارد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش خودکارآمدی و تاب‌آوری در کیفیت زندگی پرستاران بود. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی -همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پرستاران شاغل در تهران در سال 1396 -1395 بود. نمونه از 200 نفر که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند، تشکیل شد. آزمودنی‌ها پرسشنامه‌های کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جها‌‌نی، خودکارآمدی شرر و پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری کانر و دیویدسون را تکمیل کردند. یافته‌ها: خودکارآمدی به صورت معنی‌داری، به مقدار 0/266 کیفیت زندگی پرستاران بیمارستان‌های تهران را افزایش می‌دهد. همچنین سهم متغیر تاب‌آوری به صورت معنی‌داری (0/385) در پیش‌بینی کیفیت زندگی پرستاران در این شهر می‌باشد. خودکارآمدی و تاب‌آوری نیز با هم می‌توانند 33/6% از واریانس کیفیت زندگی پرستاران را تبیین کنند. نتیجه‌گیری:‌ آموزش مهارت‌های تاب‌آوری و افزایش توانمندی‌های روانشناختی به‌خصوص خودکارآمدی، روش‌های مؤثری برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی پرستاران می‌باشد.
