تأثیر ویتامین‌های گروه B بر بهبود علایم بیماری میگرن: یک مقاله مروری

مقدمه: میگرن یک بیماری شایع، دردناک و به طور بالقوه ناتوان‌کننده است که با حملات مکرر، یکطرفه و ضربان‌دار با شدت متوسط تا شدید مشخص می‌شود. علت اصلی وقوع میگرن ناشناخته است. به نظر می‌رسد گروه ویتامین B بر علایم بالینی سردرد میگرنی تأثیر می‌گذارد. در این مطالعه به بررسی اثرات برخی از ویتامین‌های گروه B در بهبود علایم سردردهای میگرنی و مکانیسم های عملکرد احتمالی آن‌ها خواهیم پرداخت. در این مطالعه مقالاتی را که بین سال‌های 2002 تا 2018 منتشر شده است در این زمینه درScopus ،Science Direct ،PubMed  و Google Scholar ارزیابی کردیم. نتیجه‌گیری:‌ نتایج چندین مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که برخی ویتامین‌های گروه B می‌توانند سردردهای میگرنی به‌خصوص دفعات و شدت آن‌ها را بهبود بخشند. مکمل‌های غذایی ویتامین‌های گروه  Bمی‌توانند به طور مؤثر مانع علایم مختلف سردرد میگرنی و یا کاهش آن شوند.
