کارکردهای اجرایی در نوجوانان دارای اختلال خواب

مقدمه: خواب یک عملکرد زیستی ضروری است که در رشد مهارت‌های شناختی نقش اساسی دارد. اختلالات خواب افراد را مستعد مشکلات مختلف شناختی و روانی می‌کند. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی کارکردهای اجرایی در نوجوانان مبتلا به اختلال خواب انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی- مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه پژوهش را کلیه مراجعه‌کنندگان به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی و کلینیک روانپزشکی شهر تبریز تشکیل می‌دهند. 240 نوجوان (120 نوجوان مبتلا به اختلالات خواب و 120 نوجوان عادی) با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از چک لیست اختلال خواب (SDS-CL-17) و پرسشنامه مهارت‌های اجرایی (ESQ-R) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که نوجوانان مبتلا به اختلال خواب نسبت به گروه سالم نارسایی بیشتری در تمامی مولفه‌های کارکردهای اجرایی دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: داده‌های ما نشان می‌دهد که اختلالات خواب، نوجوانان را مستعد مشکلات کارکردهای اجرایی می‌کند.
