رابطه بین استرس شغلی با سیستم ایمنی و حافظه عملکردی زنان شاغل در آزمایشگاه‌های تشخیص طبی

مقدمه: استرس شغلی یک وﺿﻌﯿﺖ رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐه از اﺣﺴﺎس ناهماهنگی ﻣﯿﺎن ظرفیت‌ها و موقعیت‌ها ﻧﺎﺷﯽ ﻣﯽ‌ﺷﻮد و ﻧﻮﻋﯽ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﻏﯿﺮاﺧﺘﺼﺎﺻﯽ به ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣلی اﺳﺖ که می‌تواند بر روی سیستم ایمنی و حافظه عملکردی تأثیرگذار باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی رابطه بین استرس شغلی با سیستم ایمنی و حافظه عملکردی زنان شاغل در آزمایشگاه‌های تشخیص طبی بود. مواد و روش‌ها: برای ارزیابی فرضیه‌ها از روش همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه تحقیق شامل کلیه زنان شاغل در آزمایشگاه‌های تشخیص طبی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1395 بود. گروه نمونه شامل زنان 55-35 ساله بود که در آزمایشگاه مشغول به کار بودند. آن‌هابه صورت تصادفی از جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای این هدف، پرسشنامه استرس شغلی سازمان اجرایی ایمنی و بهداشت انگلستان، آزمایش کورتیزول سرم خون و آزمون حافظه وکسلر جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که استرس شغلی و سیستم ایمنی زنان شاغل در آزمایشگاه‌های تشخیص طبی همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری داشتند (0/66=r). مهم‌ترین عوامل خرده مقیاس استرس شغلی حمایت همکاران و ارتباط بوده است که 29/6 درصد و 23 درصد از تغییرات سیستم ایمنی را نشان می‌دهد. همچنین حافظه عملکردی با استرس شغلی همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری داشت (0/57=r). ارتباط و کنترل بیشترین سهم را در تبیین واریانس حافظه عملکردی دارا بودند (18/6 درصد). با استفاده از ارتباط به‌عنوان یک آزمون جدا 9/2 درصد از شاغلین تغییرات حافظه عملکردی را ایجاد کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و خرده مقیاس حمایت توسط دوستان و کنترل می‌تواند ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ایﻤﻨﯽ و حافظه ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدی زﻧﺎن ﺷﺎﻏﻞ را پیش‌بینی کند. به نظر می‌رسد که پزشکان و متخصصان می‌توانند از این عوامل روانی و فیزیکی جهت بهبود بهره‌وری کارکنان در خدمات آزمایشگاهی بالینی استفاده کنند.
