تأثیر تمرینات ادراکی -حرکتی بر بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم

مقدمه: اختلال طیف اوتیسم یک اختلال عصبی است که به‌ وسیله اختلال در تعاملات اجتماعی و ارتباطات به همراه رفتارهای کلیشه‌ای و تکراری مشخص می‌شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرینات ادراکی -حرکتی بر کارکردهای اجرایی (کارکردهای عصبی شناختی توجه) در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم در گروه سنی 7 تا 12 ساله بود. مواد و روش‌ها: روش انجام تحقیق حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی بود. از بین کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز نگهداری از کودکان اوتیسم در شهر اصفهان 30 نفر با استفاده از آزمون‌های غربالگری انتخاب و پس از سنجش کارکردهای عصبی شناختی توجه، به وسیله آزمون عصب روانشناختی کانرز به‌عنوان پیش‌آزمون، به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. در گروه آزمایش تمرینات ادراکی -حرکتی به مدت 12 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه انجام شد. در انتها برای کلیه افراد پس‌آزمون به عمل آمد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که تمرینات ادراکی -حرکتی در گروه آزمایش یک اقدام مؤثر در بهبود کارکردهای عصبی شناختی توجه کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم بود. همچنین کارکردهای عصبی شناختی توجه به طور معنی‌داری در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بهتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری:‌ تمرینات ادراکی -حرکتی همراه با موسیقی ممکن است یک مداخله مناسب برای بهبود کارکردهای عصب شناختی توجه در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم فراهم کند.
