آلزایمر و microRNAها: چالش‌ها و چشم‌اندازهای پیش رو در تشخیص و درمان

مقدمه: بیماری آلزایمر (AD) یک اختلال تخریب عصبی پیشرونده است که میلیون‌ها نفر را در سراسر جهان تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. شواهد روزافزون نشان می‌دهد که ریزRNAها (miRNAs) نقش‌های اساسی در تنظیم عملکرد نورون‌ها و پاتوژنز بیماری آلزایمر ایفا می‌کنند. ازاین‌رو، این مقاله مروری با هدف جمع‌بندی شواهد موجود درباره نقش‌ miRNA‌ها در بیماری آلزایمر و بررسی ظرفیت بالقوه آن‌ها به‌عنوان نشانگرهای زیستی تشخیصی و اهداف درمانی تدوین شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: این مقاله مروری به بررسی رابطه پیچیده میان ‌miRNAها و بیماری آلزایمر می‌پردازد و نقش آن‌ها را به‌عنوان نشانگرهای زیستی بالقوه برای تشخیص زودهنگام بیماری و پیش‌بینی روند پیشرفت آن برجسته می‌کند. همچنین، رویکردهای درمانی نوظهور مبتنی بر تعدیل miRNAها را مورد بحث قرار می‌دهد. با این حال، کاربرد عملی ‌miRNAها با چالش‌ها و محدودیت‌هایی از جمله پیچیدگی تنظیم miRNAها، تنوع در روش‌ها و فرآیندهای زیستی، و نیاز به سامانه‌های انتقال هدفمند مواجه است. غلبه بر این موانع می‌تواند راه را برای توسعه راهبردهای نوین تشخیصی و درمانی در مقابله با این بیماری ناتوان‌کننده هموار سازد.
