The purpose of this research is to explain the role of teacher in Student talent management as future human capital for the development of society. Research method is analysis of theoretical foundations in the field of students&#39; talent management and talent management of employees in organizations. Findings of the research show that teacher talent management is effective in enhancing student&#39;s talent.
