In educational environments, needs, interests and capacities of individuals are wide and varied. Therefore, developers and educators of training programs must provide special facilities to identify talented people in the way that justice is observed for all people. Meanwhile, there is no doubt that technology could have a major role in identifying talented people with observance of justice. This presentation will discuss ways to identify, promote and develop people&rsquo;s talents using new technologies with the focus on justice.
