تأثیر ورزش در بیماری پارکینسون

مقدمه: رواج علائم اولیۀ بیماری پارکینسون، حتی در سنین میانسالی و جوانی، سبب بروز نگرانی­ های گسترده ‏­ای شده است. فعالیت بدنی، به عنوان یکی از روش­ های غیردارویی برای کاهش اختلالات رفتاری، حرکتی، بیوشیمیایی، قلبی عروقی و  میتوکندریایی در بیماری پارکینسون­ شناخته شده است. علیرغم اینکه اساس چنین فواید بیولوژیکی و مولکولی ناشناخته است اما، ویژگی­ های آنتی‏ اکسیدانی و ضد‏التهابی فعالیت بدنی ممکن است علائم بیماری پارکینسون را بهبود بخشد. نتیجه گیری: اگرچه درمان قطعی برای بیماری­ پارکینسون وجود ندارد، اما استفاده از داروها به همراه درمان‏ های کمکی، مانند فعالیت ورزشی، می‏ تواند پیشرفت‏ های امیدبخشی ایجاد کند. با این‏ حال برای دستیابی به برنامۀ تمرینی که فواید بهینه‏ ای در کیفیت زندگی بیماران ایجاد کند و مرگ و میر را کاهش دهد، تحقیقات بیشتری مورد نیاز است.
