تأثیر تمرین حرکتی دو طرفه بر قدرت چنگش دست مبتلا در کودکان فلج مغزی همی پلژیک اسپاستیک

مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر شش هفته تمرین حرکتی دو طرفه در آینه بر قدرت چنگش دست مبتلا در کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی همی پلژیک اسپاستیک انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی، 16 کودک مبتلا به فلج مغزی همی پلژی به دو گروه تمرینات حرکتی دو طرفه با و بدون آینه تقسیم شدند. علاوه بر برنامه توانبخشی معمول، هر دو گروه تمرینات حرکتی را طبق دستورالعمل‌های خود انجام دادند. قدرت چنگش دست مبتلا در هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از مداخله با استفاده از دینامومتر دیجیتال ارزیابی شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو گروه پس از شش هفته مداخله بهبود معنی‌داری در نمرات قدرت چنگش دست مبتلا داشتند. علاوه بر این، مقایسۀ بین گروهی بهبود قابل توجهی را در متغیر فوق در گروه تمرین در آینه نسبت به گروه دیگر نشان داد. نتیجه‌گیری: این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که علی‌رغم تأثیر تمرینات حرکتی دو طرفه بر قدرت چنگش کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی همی‌پلژیک اسپاستیک، تمرینات حرکتی دو طرفه با آینه تأثیر بیشتری دارد که می‌توان آن را با مکانیسم نورون‌های آینه‌ای توضیح داد.
