اثر بخشی مداخله ذهن آگاهی بر بازداری پاسخ در کودکان با علایم نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی

مقدمه: نارسایی در بازداری پاسخ آسیبی اساسی در اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی بوده و به‌عنوان هسته اصلی از هم پاشیدگی فرایندهای پردازشی در کارکردهای اجرایی این اختلال محسوب می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی مداخله ذهن آگاهی بر بازداری پاسخ در کودکان با علایم نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون –پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان پسر مشغول تحصیل در مدارس دوره متوسطه اول شهر ماکو در سال تحصیلی 98- 97 بود. از این جامعه، نمونه‌ای به حجم 24 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با استفاده از پرسشنامه علائم مرضی کودکان (CPRS-48) انتخاب و به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. آزمون برو/نرو (Go/No Go) در دو مرحله پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون بر روی شرکت‌کنندگان اجرا شد. تجزیه و‌تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری انجام شد. یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که مداخله ذهن آگاهی منجر به تفاوت معنا‌دار بین گروه‌ها در بازداری پاسخ به میزان 64 درصد و در مؤلفه‌های آن شامل خطای ارائه 39 درصد، خطای حذف 44 درصد و زمان واکنش 46 درصد شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: مداخله ذهن آگاهی راهبرد مناسبی برای بهبود بازداری پاسخ در کودکان با علایم نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی است و می‌توان از آن به‌عنوان یک شیوه مداخله‌ای موثر استفاده نمود.
