اثربخشی تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای بر تعادل بیماران اسکیزوفرنی مرد با اختلال افسردگی

مقدمه: مداخلات توانبخشی در بهبود اختلالات کنترل قامتی نقش دارند، اما بهینه سازی اثربخشی این مداخلات در اولویت قرار دارد. یک راهبرد امیدوارکننده ممکن است تحریک مستقیم الکتریکی مغز باشد. ما بررسی کردیم که آیا تحریک قشر حرکتی اولیه با استفاده از تحریک مستقیم الکتریکی مغز از روی جمجمه می‌تواند بر کنترل تعادل در بیماران اسکیزوفرنی مرد با اختلال افسردگی تأثیر داشته باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعۀ نیمه تجربی 21 بیمار اسکیزوفرنی مرد با اختلال افسردگی با میانگین سنی (11/93±48 سال) و بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شده و به صورت همگن در دو گروه تحریک و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه تحریک مستقیم الکتریکی مغز، تحریک با شدت 2 میلی آمپر به مدت 15 دقیقه در ناحیۀ قشر حرکتی اولیۀ نیمکرۀ راست و چپ در طول 12 هفته برای هر نقطه دریافت کردند. داده‌های پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون به دست‌آمده از طریق آزمون ایستادن روی پای برتر با چشمان باز و بسته  و آزمون برخاستن و حرکت کردن زمان‏دار با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد دو گروه در تعادل ایستا با چشم باز و بسته و تعادل پویا تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر داشتند. نتیجه‏ گیری: این نتایج شواهدی فراهم می‌آورد که نشان می‌دهد تحریک مستقیم الکتریکی مغز، یک ابزار غیرتهاجمی ایمن برای بهبود تعادل ایستا است، هنگامی‌که قشر حرکتی اولیه مورد تحریک قرار بگیرد.
