اثربخشی برنامۀ آموزش تنیس روی میز بر توجه پایدار و انعطاف پذیری شناختی کودکان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی

مقدمه: علاوه بر مشکلات هماهنگی و حرکتی، یکی از مشکلات اساسی کودکان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی که از یادگیری آن­ها در سال­ های اولیۀ تحصیلی جلوگیری می‌کند، نقص در کارکردهای اجرایی است. در سال ‏های اخیر گرایش به استفاده از رویکردهای درمانی نوین برای کودکان دارای اختلالات اجرایی افزایش یافته است. بازتوانی شناختی یا آموزش کارکردهای اجرایی یکی از رویکردهایی است که در سال‏ های اخیر توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان اثربخشی برنامه آموزش تنیس روی میز بر توجه پایدار و انعطاف‏ پذیری شناختی کودکان دارای اختلال هماهنگی رشدی بود. مواد و روش ها: مطالعۀ حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیۀ کودکان 9 تا 12 ساله مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی شهر کرمانشاه، ایران بود. آزمودنی‌های این مطالعه 20 کودک مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشد بودند که به روش نمونه‏ گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. ابزار این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامۀ اختلال هماهنگی رشدی، آزمون ارزیابی حرکات جنبشی کودکان، آزمون رایانه‌‏ای عملکرد پیوسته و آزمون دسته‏ بندی کارت‏ های ویسکانسین بود. قبل و بعد از برنامۀ مداخله، توجه پایدار و انعطاف‏پذیری شناختی همۀ آزمودنی‌ها اندازه گیری شد. برنامۀ آموزش تنیس روی میز به مدت 12 هفته و هفته‏ ای دو بار به مدت 70 دقیقه در سالن ورزشی برگزار شد. یافته ها: نتایج بهبود معنادار در توجه پایدار و انعطاف‏ پذیری شناختی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی را پس از 12 هفته آموزش تنیس روی میز نشان داد. نتیجه گیری: آموزش تنیس روی میز باعث افزایش توجه پایدار و انعطاف ‏پذیری شناختی در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی شده است. این داده‏ ها مزایای برنامه‏ های ورزشی مبتنی بر آموزش کارکردهای اجرایی و بار توجه زیاد برای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی را نشان می ‏دهد.
