بررسی رابطه حساسیت سیستم‌های مغزی- رفتاری و فراشناخت با بدتنظیمی هیجانی در بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی

مقدمه: طبق مطالعات پژوهشی نقش عوامل روانشناختی در بروز بیماری‌های قلبی غیر قابل انکار است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه حساسیت سیستم‌های مغزی- رفتاری و فراشناخت با بدتنظیمی هیجان در بیماران قلبی بود. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این مطالعه را مبتلایان به نارسایی قلبی مرکز درمانی قلب و عروق شهید مدنی تبریز در سال 1397 تشکیل می‌دهند که بر اساس جدول مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 120 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های شخصیتی گری- ویلسون، فراشناخت ولز و بدتنظیمی هیجانی گراتز و رومر استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بدتنظیمی هیجانی با سیستم فعال‌ساز رفتاری رابطه منفی و معنی‌دار و با سیستم‌های بازداری رفتاری و جنگ و گریز رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین بین بدتنظیمی هیجانی با باورهای مثبت در مورد نگرانی، باورهای منفی در مورد نگرانی، اطمینان شناختی و وقوف شناختی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بین بدتنظیمی هیجانی با خرافات، تنبیه و مسئولیت‌پذیری رابطه مشاهده نشد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که متغیرهای گریز، سیستم بازداری رفتاری و فعال‌ساز رفتاری به ترتیب قادرند تغییرات متغیر بدتنظیمی هیجانی را در بیماران قلبی پیشبینی کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: حساسیت سیستم‌های مغزی- رفتاری و فراشناخت نقش مهمی در میزان بدتنظیمی هیجانی بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی دارد.
