اهمیت مراقبت‌های حمایتی جامع پس از عمل‌های جراحی مغز و اعصاب

مقدمه: هدف اولیه مراقبت‌های ویژه پس از جراحی مغز و اعصاب شناسایی و پیشگیری از تخریب عصبی با ارائه فعالیت‌های حمایتی برای حفظ هموستاز پایدار است. عواملی مانند جراحی، بیهوشی یا سایر مسائل مربوط به بیماری بر وضعیت پس از عمل بیماران تأثیر می‌گذارد. در این راستا، کادر پرستاری و پزشکی آگاه از اقدامات جراحی مغز و اعصاب، باید دوره نظارت و پیگیری خاصی را در مدت کوتاهی پس از جراحی برنامه‌ریزی کنند. در بسیاری از مراکز جراحی مغز و اعصاب، دوره مراقبت پس از عمل در جراحی‌هایی مانند کرانیوتومی محدود، ممکن است نسبتاً کوتاه باشد. با این حال بروز ادم مغزی، خونریزی داخل جمجمه، تشنج یا سایر شرایط تهدید کننده زندگی، مراقبت‌های بعد از عمل را برای چند روز طولانی می‌کند. به‌طور کلی حفظ ایمنی راه‌های هوایی، از بین بردن نیاز به تهویه مصنوعی، کنترل گردش خون و تعادل مایعات، تغذیه، کنترل آرام بخش‌ها و مسکن‌ها از اصلی‌ترین مراقبت‌ها هستند. توجه دقیق به هر یک از این مسائل برای بهبود نتایج جراحی مغز و اعصاب ضروری است. نتیجه‌گیری: مدیریت قوی مراقبت‌های بعد از عمل، به‌ویژه در مراحل اولیه، برای اطمینان از شرایط مناسب قبل از عمل ضروری است. پرستاران نقش مهمی در نظارت بر بیماران پس از رویدادهای جراحی مغز و اعصاب دارند.
