fa بررسی اثربخشی تمرینات ادراکی-حرکتی اسپارک بر تمرکز و حافظه فعال در کودکان دارای اختلال نقص توجه/بیش فعالی روانشناسی Psycology پژوهشي Research --- Open Access, CC-BY-NC <strong>مقدمه:</strong> اختلال نقص توجه/ بیش‌فعالی یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلالات در کودکان است که به طور مستقیم آینده تحصیلی و کاری کودکان را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. از این رو در این پژوهش به تأثیر تمرینات شناختی اسپارک بر دو مؤلفه اصلی تمرکز و حافظه کاری در این اختلال می‌پردازیم.<strong> مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> روش پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری بود. این پژوهش بر روی کودکان دختر پایه اول تا سوم مدارس شهر مهاباد انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و روش تقسیم کودکان در گروه‌ها تصادفی بود. حجم نمونه 30 نفر بود که 15 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر در گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون هوش وکسلر برای کودکان (ویرایش چهارم) جمع آوری و با آزمون واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از تحلیل واریانس برای متغیرهای وابسته نشان داد که در گروه درمان، نمرات متغیرهای تمرکز و حافظه کاری در مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری نسبت به مرحله پیش‌آزمون افزایش معنی‌داری داشت. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> داده‌های ما نشان داد که انجام تمرینات ادراکی- حرکتی اسپارک بر تمرکز و حافظه کاری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه- بیش‌فعالی، رویکردی موثر و قابل استفاده در طراحی برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای است.<span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder is one of the most common disorders in children, which directly affects the future of children&#39;s education and work. Therefore, in this research, we focus on the effectiveness of Spark-cognitive exercises on the two main components of concentration and working memory in this disorder. <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The experimental method of this research was semi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up design. This research was conducted on female children from the first to third grades of schools in Mahabad, Iran. The purposeful sampling method and the method of assigning children to groups were random. The sample size was 30 people, 15 students were placed in the experimental group and 15 individuals were placed in the control group.
