نقایص عملکرد عصب‌شناختی در رفتار سیگار کشیدن

مقدمه: شیوع‌ رو به افزایش مصرف سیگار باوجود آگاهی از ضررهای بالقوه آن، احتمالاً می‌تواند ناشی از علل مختلف باشد. نقص در عملکردهای عصب‌شناختی در انواع رفتارهای اعتیادی مشخص شده است. بر این اساس، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقایص نسبی عملکرد عصب‌شناختی در افراد سیگاری در مقایسه با افراد غیرسیگاری بود. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش‌حاضر، یک مطالعه علّی-مقایسه‌ای است. تعداد 50 نفر (دامنه سنی 21 تا 32 سال)، 25 دانشجوی مرد سیگاری و 25 غیرسیگاری به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از دانشگاه گیلان انتخاب ‌شدند. این افراد به چک ‌لیست سیگار محقق ‌ساخته پاسخ دادند و با آزمون‌های نرم‌افزاری گمبلینگ کمبریج، رنگ -واژه استروب ساده و برج لندن به‌منظور ارزیابی تصمیم‌گیری مخاطره‌آمیز، بازداری پاسخ و برنامه‌ریزی و حل‌ مسئله کار کردند. یافته‌ها: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری نشان ‌داد که دو گروه سیگاری و غیرسیگاری، تفاوت معنی‌داری در نتایج آزمون‌های نرم‌افزاری گمبلینگ کمبریج، رنگ -واژه استروپ و برج لندن داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که افراد سیگاری، عملکرد ضعیف‌تری در تصمیم‌گیری مخاطره‌آمیز، بازداری پاسخ و برنامه‌ریزی و حل ‌مسئله دارند. نقص نسبی کارکردهای عصب‌شناختی می‌تواند رفتار سیگار کشیدن را با وجود آگاهی از زیان‌های بالقوه سیگار توضیح‌ دهد.
