نقش واسطه‌ای ابعاد هوش معنوی در رابطۀ بین ذهن‌آگاهی و هیجان ابراز شده در مراقبین بیماران مبتلا به صرع

مقدمه: هیجانات مراقبین می‌تواند بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به صرع اثرگذار باشد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای ابعاد هوش معنوی در رابطه بین ذهن‌آگاهی و هیجان ابراز شده در مراقبین بیماران مبتلا به صرع بود. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 90 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به صرع و مراقبین آن‌ها بود که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های هیجان ابراز شده، مهارت‌های ذهن‌آگاهی کنتاکی و هوش معنوی پاسخ دادند. فرضیه پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون به روش سلسله مراتبی با بهره‌گیری از مراحل پیشنهادی بارون و کنی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: تحلیل رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی نشان داد که در مرحله اول، ذهن‌آگاهی (0/39-=β) قادر به پیش بینی هیجان ابرازشده است. در مرحله دوم، ذهن‌آگاهی (0/28-=β) و تنها بعد توانایی مقابله با مشکلات هوش معنوی (0/27-=β) هیجان ابرازشده را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. با توجه به کاهش میزان بتای ذهن‌آگاهی در مرحله دوم نسبت به مرحله اول نقش واسطه‌ای جزئی زیرمقیاس توانایی مقابله با مشکلات در رابطۀ بین ذهن‌آگاهی و هیجان ابراز شده تایید می‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری: ذهن‌آگاهی با هیجان ابراز شده مراقبین بیماران مبتلا به صرع ارتباط دارد و توانایی مقابله با مشکلات به‌عنوان یکی از ابعاد هوش معنوی در این رابطه نقش میانجی دارد. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود به آموزش‌های روانشناختی در زمینه ارتقاء ذهن‌آگاهی و هوش معنوی مراقبین بیماران صرع توجه بیشتری شود.
