تأثیر آموزش مهارت‌های معنوی بر امید به زندگی مادران دارای کودک کم‌توان ذهنی

مقدمه: تولد یک کودک کم‌توان ذهنی ممکن است تأثیرات نامطلوبی بر مادران داشته و امید به زندگی آن‌ها را کاهش دهد. در این میان برنامه آموزش مهارت‌های معنوی ممکن است توانایی سازگاری در موقعیت‌های بحرانی را ارتقا بخشد و روابط بین فردی و مهارت‌های حل مسئله را بهبود بخشد که در نهایت این گروه از مادران را توانمند می‌کند. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر آموزش مهارت‌های معنوی بر امید به زندگی مادران دارای کودک کم‌توان ذهنی بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این یک مطالعه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون -پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. برای ارزیابی امید از پرسشنامه امید اسنایدر استفاده شد. اطلاعات ارائه شده در اینجا از 20 نفر از مادران دارای کودک معلول ذهنی به دست آمده است. آن‌ها به روش نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. 10 مادر در گروه آزمایش و 10 مادر در گروه کنترل به طور تصادفی قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش مداخلات آموزشی را طی 8 جلسه (90 -120 دقیقه) دریافت کردند. پس‌آزمون بعد از مداخله انجام شد. یافته‌ها: برنامه آموزش مهارت‌های معنوی امید به زندگی مادران دارای کودک کم‌توان ذهنی را به طور معنی‌داری بهبود بخشید. نتیجه‌گیری: برنامه‌ریزی یک برنامه آموزشی برای مادران دارای کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی می‌تواند در جهت بهبود امید به زندگی آن‌ها استفاده شود.
