مروری بر درمان شناختی اختلالات روانی مبتنی بر اصلاح سوگیری

مقدمه: مجموعه روش‌های اصلاح سوگیری شناختی دسته‌ای از فرآیندهای درمانی مستقل از درمانگر، مبتنی بر رایانه و نسبتاً جدید محسوب می‌شوند که عمدتاً برای درمان اختلالات اضطرابی، عاطفی و انواع اعتیاد به‌عنوان درمانی سرپایی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند. هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر ارائه آخرین نتایج به‌دست ‌آمده در حوزه مطالعات اصلاح سوگیری شناختی برای ارتقای دانش متخصصان و پژوهشگران در مورد تأثیرات اصلاح سوگیری شناختی هم از چشم‌انداز مبانی و هم کاربردی است. در مقاله حاضر ابتدا اصلاح سوگیری شناختی به‌اختصار تعریف‌شده است، سپس انواع روش‌های آن (سوگیری شناختی توجه، تفسیر و حافظه) و به‌دنبال آن درمان‌های مبتنی بر آن‌ها معرفی‌شده‌اند. پس از آن مطالعات انجام ‌شده در مورد اثربخشی این درمان‌ها بررسی و نتایج آن‌ها مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش‌ها به‌صورت نسبتاً قوی و منسجم نشان داده‌اند که امکان اصلاح فرآیندهای سوگیری شناختی در حوزه‌های اختلالات مختلف، مثل اختلالات اضطرابی و عاطفی، اختلالات خلقی، درد مزمن، وسواس، اعتیاد و مقابله با فراخوانی نشخوار فکری وجود دارد. علاوه‌بر این، نتایج حاکی از آن است که برنامه‌های رایانه‌ای اصلاح سوگیری و تکلیف دات پروب گزینه‌های جایگزین یا مکمل مناسبی برای کاهش یا درمان علائم بالینی و سوگیری‌های شناختی هستند. این روش‌ها گذشته از نیاز به ابداع برنامه‌ها و اپلیکیشن‌های درمانی و تطبیق ویژگی‌های فرهنگی نسخه‌های انگلیسی با جمعیت ایرانی، به تحقیقات جدید برای ارزیابی جمعیت‌ بالینی و همچنین تأثیر آن بر اختلالات گوناگون نیاز دارد.
