بررسی اثربخشی توان‌بخشی شناختی بر کارکردهای اجرایی در افراد مبتلا به آسیب‌های ناشی از جنگ و استرس پس از سانحه

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی توان‌بخشی شناختی بر کارکردهای اجرایی بازماندگان جنگی مبتلا به استرس پس از سانحه بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با گروه‌های پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون، آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه افراد آسیب‌دیده شهر کرمانشاه بود. 30 نفر (هر گروه 15 نفر) به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه ارزیابی اختلال کارکردهای اجرایی روانشناسی بار کلی (BDEFS) و فهرست اختلال فشار روانی پس از سانحه وودرز و همکاران (1994) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که توان‌بخشی شناختی باعث افزایش خودکنترلی/ بازداری، خود انگیزشی و نمره کل کارکردهای اجرایی در گروه آزمایش، در مقایسه با گروه کنترل می‌شود. همان نتایج در آزمون پیگیری مشاهده شد که نشان‌دهنده تداوم اثرات توان‌بخشی شناختی بر سازه‌های مذکور می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: توان‌بخشی شناختی می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک رویکرد درمانی مؤثر جهت کاهش اختلالات روانی و جسمی و همچنین بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی در افراد آسیب‌دیده ناشی از جنگ و استرس پس از سانحه استفاده شود.
