مدلی ساختاری برای مشکلات روانشناختی بر اساس حوزه طرد و بریدگی و افکارخودآیند منفی با نقش واسطه‌ای احساس تنهایی

مقدمه: مشکلات روانشناختی حاصل تعامل فرد با محیط بوده و رفتارهایی را در بر می‌گیرد که منجر به تضادهای اجتماعی، نارضایتی و ناشادی فردی می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل ساختاری مشکلات روانشناختی بر اساس حوزه طرد و بریدگی و افکارخودآیند منفی با نقش واسطه‌ای احساس تنهایی بود. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی به روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد دارای علائم روانشناختی بود که به کلینیک‌های مرکز مشاوره قم در سال 1400 ارجاع داده شده بودند. تعداد 250 نفر از مراجعین با مشکلات روانشناختی به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و فشار روانی (DASS)، پرسشنامه طرحواره‌ یانگ (YSQ-L3)، پرسشنامه افکار خودآیند (ATQ-30) و پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل (AAQ-II) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و با نرم افزار Smart Pls تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است و قابل تعمیم به کل جامعه آماری می‌باشد. روایی همگرا و روایی واگرای مدل تایید گردید و برازش مدل برابر (0/42=Gof) محاسبه شد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی نقش میانجی‌گری احساس تنهایی نیز نشان داد که احساس تنهایی نقش میانجی‌گری معنی‌داری در رابطه بین طرد و بریدگی و افکارخودآیند منفی با مشکلات روانشناختی دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: درمانگران و مشاوران مراکز مشاوره و بهداشت روان با استفاده از این مدل می‌توانند با بررسی حوزه طرد و بریدگی، افکارخودآیند و احساس تنهایی افراد اقدامات تشخیصی و درمانی لازم را انجام دهند.
