Abstract:   (33 Views)
Introduction: Well-being, as an important issue in psychological research, is a multifaceted concept that includes various factors that collectively contribute to individuals' quality of life. In addition to increasing physical injuries, mental disorders, and disabilities, war also reduces well-being. This study reviews the factors influencing well-being in war-related trauma. In this review, articles on the well-being and war-related trauma were studied. The results of this study revealed that numerous factors, including social relationships and support, physical and mental health, life satisfaction, employment, stable housing and income, a sense of purpose, achievement and meaning in life, and participation in sports activities, markedly predict well-being in individuals who have experienced war. Conclusion: Although studies on well-being among Iranians affected by war are limited, existing studies indicate that physical and mental health, together with social support, are among the most important factors influencing well-being.
