تاثیر تمرین استقامتی و آدنوزین بر بیان ژن A2B مدل ایسکمی- ریپرفیوژن مغز موش صحرایی نر

مقدمه: سکتۀ مغزی از شایع‏ترین علل مرگ و میر در جهان است. لذا راهکارهایی که موجب افزایش مقاومت سلول‏ های عصبی در برابر آسیب‏ ها و تحلیل عصبی ناشی از ایسکمی شوند مورد توجه هستند. هدف مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرین استقامتی و تزریق آدنوزین بربیان ژن A2B  پس از ایسکمی ریپرفیوژن در موش‏ های صحرایی نر ویستار بود. مواد و روش ‏ها: تعداد 40 سر موش صحرایی نر ویستار (20±220گرم) در 4 گروه: تمرین استقامتی+ آدنوزین+ایسکمی، ایسکمی+آدنوزین، تمرین استقامتی+ایسکمی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. القای ایسکمیک از طریق شریان مشترک کاروتید صورت گرفت. پس از القای ایسکمی، پروتکل تمرین استقامتی انجام شد. هشت هفته پس از القای ایسکمیک و پروتکل تمرینی، نمونه‏ های خون  از موش ‏ها اخذ و بیان ژن A2B اندازه‏ گیری شد. یافته‏ ها: بین گروه کنترل ایسکمی با گروه تمرین استقامتی+ آدنوزین+ایسکمی در بیان ژن A2B تفاوت معنادار وجود داشت. نتیجه‏ گیری: به ‏نظر می‏ رسد پروتکل تمرینی فعالیت استقامتی، از نورون‏ ها در شرایط آسیب ایسکمی حفاظت کرده و عملکرد موش‏ های صحرایی بهبود یافته  است. تجویز آدنوزین نیز در مکانیسم‏ های تنظیمی ایسکمی ریپرفیوژن نقش مهمی داشته است.
