اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر ذهنی‌سازی بر میزان بدتنظیمی هیجانی و تکانشگری جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس ‌پس از سانحه

مقدمه:‌ اختلال استرس ‌پس از سانحه یکی از پیامدهای برجسته روانی جنگ است که در برخی از جانبازان دیده می‌شود. درمان مبتنی بر ذهنی‌سازی، یک مداخله روانکاوانه است که می‌تواند مجموعه‌ای از تخریب‌های این اختلال را مورد هدف قرار دهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر ذهنی‌سازی بر کاهش بدتنظیمی هیجانی و تکانشگری جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس ‌پس از سانحه بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون -پس‌آزمون با، 40 نفر از جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس ‌پس از سانحه که در سال 1397 به بیمارستان روانپزشکی ایثار اردبیل مراجعه کرده بودند، به‌عنوان نمونه‌ در‌ دسترس انتخاب شده و به ‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از چک‌لیست اختلال استرس‌پس‌از‌سانحه -نسخه نظامی ودرز، مقیاس مشکل در تنظیم هیجان کراتز و رومر و پرسشنامه تکانشگری بارت گردآوری شدند. سپس جلسات درمان مبتنی بر ذهنی‌سازی به مدت 20 جلسه 75 دقیقه‌ای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. یافته‌ها:‌ بعد از کنترل اثرات پیش‌آزمون، بین میانگین نمرات پس‌آزمون دو گروه در هر یک از متغیرهای بدتنظیمی هیجانی و تکانشگری تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: درمان مبتنی بر ذهنی‌سازی راهبردی مناسب برای بهبود بدتنظیمی هیجانی و کاهش تکانشگری جانبازان مبتلا به اختلال استرس ‌پس از سانحه است و می‌توان از آن به‌عنوان یک شیوه مداخله مؤثر استفاده کرد.
