اثربخشی مداخله شناختی -رفتاری بر ادراک درد و بهزیستی ذهنی در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن

مقدمه: کمردرد یکی از شایع‌ترین علل ویزیت و انجام مراقبت‏های پزشکی است و پیامدهای بهداشتی -اقتصادی زیادی برای افراد و جامعه دارد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی مداخله شناختی -رفتاری بر ادراک درد و بهزیستی ذهنی در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این یک پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون بود. 30 بیمار مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز درمانی کرج انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه درد مک‏گیل و پرسشنامه بهزیستی ذهنی برای این مطالعه استفاده شد. در گروه مداخله، برنامه شناختی -رفتاری در 10 جلسه (هفته‌ای 1 جلسه به ‌مدت 1 ساعت) اجرا گردید و سپس پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مداخله‏ شناختی -رفتاری تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر درد ادراک شده و بهزیستی ذهنی در گروه آزمایش داشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: برآیندهای این پژوهش نشان داد که مداخله‏ شناختی -رفتاری می‏تواند در کاهش درد مزمن و بهبود بهزیستی ذهنی در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن مؤثر باشد. درمانگران می‏توانند از این رویکرد برای بهبود رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت جامعه و توانبخشی بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن استفاده کنند.
