اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بر علائم و کارکردهای اجرایی (برنامه‌ریزی و حل مسئله) در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه- بیش‌فعالی

مقدمه: اختلال نقص توجه/ بیش‌فعالی (ADHD) پیامدهای منفی متعددی دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بر بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی (برنامه‌ریزی و حل مسئله) در کودکان مبتلا به ADHD  و علائم این اختلال (کمبود توجه، بیش‌فعالی/ تکانشگری) بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع نیمه ‌تجربی است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، کودکان 7 تا 12 ساله مبتلا به ADHD  بودند که به کلینیک اعصاب روان ارمغان شیراز، ایران مراجعه کردند. 30 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به‌ دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش تحت توانبخشی شناختی قرار گرفتند. همۀ شرکت‌کنندگان قبل و بعد از مداخله با استفاده از مقیاس اسنیپ و آزمون برج لندن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون نشان داد که گروه آزمایش در عملکردهای اجرایی (برنامه‌ریزی و حل مسأله) و نقص توجه و همچنین نشانگان بیش‌فعالی/ تکانشگری نسبت به گروه کنترل بهبود یافته است. نتیجه‌گیری: طراحی و استفادۀ از برنامه‌های توانبخشی شناختی برای کودکان مبتلا به ADHD  باعث بهبود عملکردهای اجرایی و در نتیجه علائم این اختلال می‌شود.
