اثربخشی تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمه‌ای مغز بر همدلی و قضاوت اخلاقی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای

مقدمه: اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلال‌های رفتاری مخرب است. امروزه روش‌های غیرتهاجمی مانند تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمه‌ای مغز برای کنترل و بهبود نشانه‌های اختلالات جایگاه ویژه‌ای یافته‌اند و ممکن است مزایایی نسبت به درمان‌های دارویی داشته باشند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمه‌ای مغز بر همدلی و قضاوت اخلاقی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: طرح پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون– پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه پسران 11-8 ساله مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای مدارس ابتدایی شهر ارومیه در سال 99-1398 بود. از بین کل جامعه هدف به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای تعداد 30 نفر دانش‌آموز دارای اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای با استفاده از پرسشنامه درجه‌بندی اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای (هومرسن و همکاران، 2006)، انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15) و کنترل (15) قرار گرفتند، سپس مقیاس همدلی گریفت (بریانت ، 1982) و پرسشنامه قضاوت اخلاقی (سینها و وارما، 1998) توسط شرکت‌کنندگان تکمیل گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که استفاده از تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمه‌ای مغز به طور قابل توجهی همدلی و قضاوت اخلاقی را نسبت به گروه کنترل بهبود بخشید. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه حاکی از آن است که روانشناسان و درمانگران می‌توانند از تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمه‌ای مغز در کنار سایر درمان‌ها برای بهبود همدلی و قضاوت اخلاقی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای استفاده کنند.
