اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، تحمل آشفتگی و عملکرد جنسی در زنان خیانت دیده

مقدمه: خیانت زناشویی یکی از مخرب ترین مشکلات یک رابطه و همچنین یکی از مسائلی است که معمولاً منجر به طلاق می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، تحمل آشفتگی و عملکرد جنسی زنان خیانت ‌شده انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه زنان خیانت دیده شهر گرگان تشکیل می‌دهند که از تیر تا مرداد سال 1400 برای دریافت خدمات مشاوره به مراکز مشاوره آرامش و روشنا مراجعه کرده‌اند. از این میان 30 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گواه (15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی فریستن و همکاران، پرسشنامه تحمل آشفتگی سیمونز و گاهر و پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی روزن بود. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل از نظر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، تحمل آشفتگی و عملکرد جنسی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد. به عبارت دیگر، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به‌طور قابل توجهی باعث بهبود عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، تحمل آشفتگی و عملکرد جنسی در زنان خیانت دیده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: توصیه می‌شود روانشناسان و درمانگران بالینی از درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در کنار سایر روش‌های آموزشی برای ارتقای سلامت روان زنان خیانت‌دیده استفاده کنند.
