تدوین مدل مفهومی ارتباط سرشت‌های عاطفی و هیجانی با رفتار پرخوری نوجوانان با توجه به نقش راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان

مقدمه: پرخوری به‌عنوان یک رفتار ناسازگارانه و روشی ناکارآمد برای تنظیم هیجان، با پیامدهای زیانباری در زمینه سلامت برای افراد همراه است. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط سرشت‌های عاطفی و هیجانی با پرخوری با توجه به نقس واسطه‌ای تنظیم هیجان انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی و از نوع مدل‌سازی بوده و جامعه آماری آن شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر رشت، ایران در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بودند که از میان آنها تعداد 368 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌ سرشت‌های عاطفی و هیجانی، پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان و مقیاس پرخوری استفاده شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: مدل از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بوده و اثر مستقیم سرشت‌های عاطفی و هیجانی (0/93) بر پرخوری را تأیید نمود. همچنین نتایج حاصل از بررسی نقش میانجی تنظیم هیجان نیز نشان داد که تنظیم هیجان نقش میانجیگری معنی‌داری (0/75) در رابطه بین سرشت‌های عاطفی و هیجانی و پرخوری داشت (0/05>P). نتیجه‌گیری: فراهم آوردن مداخلات پیشگیرانه با محوریت تنظیم هیجان و مطابق با ویژگی‌های خلقی و سرشتی برای دانش‌آموزان می‌تواند رفتارهای پرخوری و پیامدهای ناخوشایند آن کاهش دهد.
