نقش پاتوژنیک و درمانی ریزRNA ها در گلیوبلاستوما مولتی‌فرم

مقدمه: گلیوبلاستوما مولتی‌فرم یک نوع شدیدی از تومور مغزی با پیش‌آگهی بسیار ضعیف و مدت زمان بقاء حدود 15 ماه می‌باشد. به‌منظور شناسایی نشانگرهای زیستی جدید و راهکارهای درمانی، روش‌های جدید برای درمان گلیوبلاستوما بر اساس ماهیت بیولوژیک و مولکولی این تومورها بسیار مهم می‌باشد. اخیراً ریز  RNAها به طور گسترده با هدف توسعه درمان مولکولی دقیق بخاطر نقش آن‌ها در تنظیم ژن‌های وابسته به سرطان مورد استفاده قرار گرفته اند. ریز RNA ها یک دسته از RNA های غیر کدکننده کوچک، در فرایندهای گوناگون بیولوژیکی نقش‌های حیاتی دارند که ممکن است به‌عنوان ابزارهای تشخیصی و پیش‌آگهی در گلیوبلاستوما بکار گرفته شوند. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه مروری نشان داد که شاخص‌های ریز  RNAها، می‌توانند برای توسعه روش‌های درمانی مولکولی جدید برای تقویت بقای بیماران مبتلا به گلیوبلاستوما مولتی‌فرم مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. از طرف دیگر ریز  RNAها طیف گسترده‌ای از عملکردهای سلولی، به آن‌ها اجازه می‌دهد بسیاری از مسیرهای ضروری برای پیشرفت سرطان از جمله تکثیر، مرگ سلولی، متاستاز، آنژیوژنز و مقاومت دارویی را تنظیم کنند.
