بررسی روش‌های عملکردی لینالول در سیستم عصبی مرکزی

مقدمه: لینالول یکی از الکل‌های مونوترپن فعال است که در بسیاری از گیاهان مانند اسطوخودوس، رزماری و یاس یافت می‌شود. این ترکیب دارای خواص ضد‌التهابی، ضد‌باکتریایی و ضد‌میکروبی است و یک ترکیب معطر محبوب در صنایع آرایشی و بهداشتی است. لینالول دارای دو ایزومر نوری R و S با مشخصات رایحه متفاوت است. اخیراً مطالعات زیادی در مورد تأثیر لینالول روی سیستم عصبی مرکزی انجام شده است که نشان داده است این ترکیب می تواند بر عملکرد مغز تأثیر مثبت بگذارد. مطالعات متعدد نشان داده‌اند که لینالول دارای خواص محافظت کننده عصبی، ضد‌التهابی و آنتی‌اکسیدانی است. علاوه بر این، اثرات آرام بخشی، ضد‌اضطرابی، ضد‌افسردگی، ضد‌تشنج، ضد‌درد و ضد‌آلزایمر را نشان می‌دهد. نتیجه‌گیری: لینالول به‌عنوان یک ترکیب طبیعی برای افزایش عملکرد شناختی و حمایت از سلامت مغز نویدبخش است. با این حال، تحقیقات بیشتری برای روشن شدن مکانیسم‌های دقیق عمل و ارزیابی اثرات بلندمدت آن مورد نیاز است. این مقاله مروری یک مرور کلی از تأثیر لینالول بر مغز ارائه می‌کند و خواص آنتی‌اکسیدانی، ضد‌آپوپتوز و ضد‌التهابی آن را در اختلالات عصبی مختلف برجسته می‌کند.
