شناخت اجتماعی در اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای: مروری روایتی از نظریه ذهن و بازشناسی هیجان

مقدمه: اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای (ODD) یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلالات برون‌سازی در کودکان و نوجوانان است و از جمله اختلالاتی است که بیشترین میزان تشخیص را در مراکز درمانی روان‌شناسی و روان‌پزشکی دارد. این اختلال با الگوی مکرر و پایدار از خلق خشمگین/ تحریک‌پذیر، رفتار ستیزه‌جو/ مقابله‌ای و کینه‌توزی شناخته می‌شود. شناخت اجتماعی به توانایی درک و پردازش اطلاعات اجتماعی و همچنین پیش‌بینی و درک رفتارهای دیگران اطلاق می‌شود. در سال‌های اخیر، شناخت اجتماعی به یکی از حوزه‌های مورد توجه در رشد و اختلالات کودکی تبدیل شده است. هدف این مقاله، بررسی پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده درباره عملکردهای شناخت اجتماعی در کودکان مبتلا به ODD است. نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش‌ها نشان می‌دهند که کودکان دارای ODD  اغلب دچار نقص در نظریه ذهن، بازشناسی هیجان، تفسیر هیجان‌ها و سایر حوزه‌های شناخت اجتماعی هستند. این نارسایی‌ها می‌توانند به‌طور قابل‌توجهی در بروز مشکلات رفتاری و تعاملات اجتماعی مختل‌کننده، نقش داشته باشند. درک بهتر این ابعاد می‌تواند به طراحی مداخلات مؤثر برای توانمندسازی کودکان، پیشگیری از بروز اختلال و کاهش نشانه‌های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای کمک کند.
